Deepthi Leslie is an educator, mentor, and career clarity coach with hands-on experience in education since 2019. With a background in Electronics & Communication Engineering and international banking, she transitioned into education driven by a deep passion for student growth and development.
Over the years, she has guided hundreds of students across age groups, helping them move from confusion to confidence through clarity-building journeys that focus on self-awareness, decision-making, and emotional well-being.
Her mission is to help students grow into confident, self-aware individuals who make informed academic and career choices — without pressure or fear.
CO-FOUNDER- Nisargha
Nisargha (professional name of E. Poornima Shree) is dedicated to helping students and parents make clear, confident career decisions. With a strong postgraduate academic foundation, first-hand corporate experience, and international exposure, she brings depth and real-world perspective to career guidance.
Trained in Transactional Analysis (TA) and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), she uses structured psychological frameworks to uncover each student’s true aptitude and direction. Her experience working with schools, students, and parents from diverse cultures reflects a strong commitment to ethical guidance, early awareness, and clarity beyond marks.
Through Global Foresight, she aims to build a calm, ethical, and sustainable ecosystem for career guidance, in close collaboration with schools and families.
